SOME TIPS FOR TRYING SUSHI, SASHIMI and ROLLS
• Sashimi is thinly sliced raw meat—usually fish, such as salmon or tuna—that is served without rice. Sushi is not always just raw fish, but rather laid on top of rice that is sometimes mixed with other ingredients. Sushi Rolls, which may or may not include raw fish, are rolled into different shapes, mixed with rice, cut into smaller cylinders or squares, and form a tasty design (usually 6-8 count)

• Tempura means fried/cooked
• Soybean paper is NOT seaweed
• Sushi grade means that it is the highest quality fish the store is offering, and the one they feel confident can be eaten raw.
• Not all rolls are raw (many are cooked!… eg. the Sexy Lady)
• Many rolls include vegetables and tasty sauces
• Great first timer rolls are Sexy Lady, Golden or Red Dragon & Yellowtail Lover
